Food Journal

March 3
Breakfast- raspberry yogurt with granola and cup of coffee. Quick and easy for an early morning before class.
Lunch- Salad with Gorgonzola dressing, jello, and chocolate milk. 11:30 at home, fast make before running out to go cross-country skiing.
Dinner- Quesadilla with broccoli, onions, and mushrooms. 7 pm, at home, trying to eat new things and begin cooking. Glass of red wine.
Snacks- after lunch Pretzels. After dinner animal crackers.

March 4
Breakfast- Quaker Squares cereal with glass of orange juice.
lunch- Pasta with veggies (red peppers, broccoli, zucchini) in alfredo sauce. 11:45 relaxing break between afternoon classes.
Dinner- Steak salad with a Two Hearted Ale. 8 at home after a long day of class. Easy to make, and an all time fav of mine.
Snack- Crackers with peanut butter & apples.

March 5
Breakfast- English muffin with egg over easy and cheddar cheese.
lunch- mac & cheese. 2 my personal weakness. I usually eat mac & cheese a few times a week, but have been trying to get more variety in my diet lately.
Dinner- Homemade pizza: pesto with mozzarella, artichokes, broccoli, and spinach
Snack- French Fries with cheese.
