ReplyDeleteYou know, now that I'm seeing this again, the woman's expression in the picture reminds me of another reason why we eat. The feeder/gainer fetish is a consensual relationship between two people, where the feeder gets off by stuffing their partner (the gainer) with a lot of sweets. The gainer gets off by eating the sweets and getting fat, thereby making this fetish a subset of fat fetishism in general.
